When a plan ends.
Ending a plan never closes your account. Here is exactly what goes, and what stays.
If Pro ends
Linked brokerages are removed straight away. That deletes their data, every day of net worth history they were part of, and any Daily AI Briefings from those days. Deleted history does not come back, so download your data first if you want a copy.
If Nexus ends
Bank connections are disconnected straight away, and the bank link is deleted after 90 days unless you return to Nexus. Disconnecting a bank deletes no history. Moving from Nexus down to Pro leaves your brokerages untouched.
What always stays
Your account and every account you entered by hand, even past 10 on Free. They keep counting toward your net worth and stay editable. Over the limit, you just can't add another.
04 questionsBilling, cancelling and refunds
Is there a free trial or an annual plan?
No to both. Pro and Nexus are billed monthly, with no free trial and no annual option, and you can cancel any time. The Free plan needs no card, and the interactive demo shows the real app pages with sample data before you pay for anything.
How does billing work?
On the web, subscriptions run through Stripe. Checkout and plan management happen in a secure Stripe portal. On iOS, subscriptions run through your Apple ID as standard App Store in-app subscriptions.
Either way, your entitlement syncs across both platforms: subscribe on one, and the other recognizes it.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Web (Stripe): open Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal where you can switch plans or cancel. Plan switches are prorated.
iOS (Apple): manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The app deep-links you there.
Your account itself always stays active. Canceling ends the paid tier, not your account. If it ends Pro, your linked brokerages are removed when the paid period runs out, and that deletes their data along with the days of net worth history they were part of (see What happens if I downgrade or my subscription ends?).
Can I get a refund?
iOS purchases are billed by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple's standard process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
For web (Stripe) billing, email support@networth.nexus from your account email and we'll look at it case by case. Canceling always stops future charges.
